To create a beautiful, livable space with a modern
feeling while still preserving touches of the 1940’s character
from when the house was built. |
| Accomplishments: |
The design opened up the space, improving on the compartmentalizing
that existed in the original layout of the house. The south kitchen
wall was taken down to capitalize on the view and make to home
more entertainment ready. The large-scale renovations also included
adding an extra bedroom closet into the existing bath space to
give the bath a luxurious feeling and make room for double sinks.
All finishes in the home including lighting, cabinetry, counters,
floors, appliances, tile, and fixtures were all completely replaced
with more modern and functional items. |
